With over 20 years in the industry, Aidan's career has taken him across the globe - from international shows and campaigns to styling A-listers. As founder of Bradley Collective, his mission is simple yet powerful: Every client leaves feeling seen, empowered and fabulous.

A force in the world of hair and make-up, Sharon brings her wealth of experience from a decade in the world of film and TV to the salon floor. Passionate about conscious beauty, she champions sustainability without ever compromising on performance or creativity. Believing every person in her chair deserves not only exceptional hair, but also the very best in care.

Together, Aidan and Sharon embody the future of hairdressing: Innovative, inclusive, and rooted in care for both people and planet.

Christmas time at Bradley Collective comes packaged with extra heart and magic, as Aidan's wish of curating an event to bring people and communities together comes to life.

"I guess Bradley Collective does this already," says Sharon, "but of course, Aidan wanted to reach further."

The festive season for Bradley Collective begins with their Christmas shoot, where clients are cut, coloured, styled and photographed. The collection that's created is a deeply moving celebration of lives lived, challenges overcome, and friendships forged.

"Nothing makes us prouder than the relationships we have built over the years," says Aidan. "This shoot celebrates the reason for our success - the clients."

The collection is debuted at the Christmas market - a wonderful event (dreamt up and curated by Aidan) held at the Carlisle Memorial Church hosting local artists raising funds for charity and welcoming people into the community.

Sharon says the love that was in the church last year was almost tangible and made her so thankful to be part of Bradley Collective.
