• UK Mainland customers should receive orders the next working day if ordered by 12 midday. However, if you order after 10am there is a possibility that your order will be sent the following day.
• Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday, or Tuesday if the Monday falls on a bank holiday.
• FedEx will take longer to deliver to the Scottish Highlands and Islands with the following postcodes taking 2 days: AB31-AB56, FK17-FK21, IV1-IV63, KA27-KA28, KW0-KW14, PA20-PA78, PH15-PH50. The following postcodes will take 2-4 days according to their estimates: HS1-HS9, KW15-KW17 and ZE1-ZE3.
