1 / Booking & Payment

Full payment is required to secure your place. A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received. Workshop and event places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.


2 / Cancellation Policy

  • Tickets are non-refundable within 4 weeks of the workshop or event.
  • Cancellations made more than 4 weeks in advance can be refunded as online credit, or transferred to another date.

 3 / Booking Fee

The £50 ticket fee will be returned as online credit (per ticket purchased) to the account holder after the workshop or event. 

  • Credit is only issued to attendees who are present for the full workshop or event.
  • No-shows will not receive credit.
  • Credit will be sent as a discount code via email.
  • Credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 4 / Changes to the Event

We reserve the right to:

  • Change the date, venue, educator, or content if necessary.
  • Cancel the workshop or event due to unforeseen circumstances or low attendance.

If the workshop or event is cancelled by us, attendees will be offered:

  • A full refund of the ticket price, or
  • Transfer to a future date.

We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or any other expenses incurred.


5 / Attendee Responsibilities

Please help make the workshop or event a positive and productive experience by:

  • Listening and engaging with the host without talking over them.
  • Being respectful and considerate of fellow attendees.
  • Keeping the environment friendly, supportive, and professional.

6 / Photography & Media

Workshops and events may be photographed or recorded for marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of images or video footage in promotional materials unless you notify us beforehand.
